An Tho covers a total area of 4,297.76 hectares, with 2,188.33 hectares of agricultural land, 130 hectares of rice paddies, 1,811.86 hectares of forest, and 33 hectares of unused land. In recent years, An Tho's economy has seen steady growth, with the local people applying new scientific and technological advancements to improve production efficiency. Investment resources have gradually been mobilized to expand economic activities, develop infrastructure, and improve living conditions. Environmental protection efforts have been enhanced, and cultural and social activities have made significant progress. This has resulted in a notable improvement in both the material and spiritual lives of the people. Strong community solidarity has been fostered, and the political system is becoming more transparent and stronger. The effectiveness of government management has increased, and democratic practices at the grassroots level have been successfully implemented.
