An Tho lies in the southern part of Tuy An district, Phu Yen Province, a land rich in history, culture, and revolutionary heritage. To the north, it borders An Hiep and An Linh communes (Tuy An district); to the west, it borders Son Long commune (Son Hoa district); to the south, it borders Binh Kien commune (Tuy Hoa city); and to the east, it borders An Chan and An My communes (Tuy An district). The commune center is 20 kilometers from the district center of Tuy An and 10 kilometers from Tuy Hoa city. An Tho is 15 kilometers from the East Sea. The commune includes five villages: Phu Can, Phu My, Lam Son, Kim Son, and Quang Đuc.
