An Tho is a mountainous commune located in the southern part of Tuy An District, Phu Yen Province. The commune spans an area of 4,297.76 hectares, with a population of 3,862 people living in 1,233 households across five villages. About 95% of the population relies on agriculture and forestry, while the remainder is involved in small-scale trading and other services. The commune currently has 19 government staff members, 13 of whom serve in part-time roles. Overall, the local authorities and workers are politically aware, united, and committed to following the Party's guidelines and upholding the Constitution and the law.
